Malteaser Fridge Cake

As requested by several of the 'Happy Campers' at the ssrc camp weekend, here is the recipe for Malteser Fridge cake as promised.

100g Butter
200g Milk Chocolate
3 tblspns Golden Syrup...
225g Digestive Biscuits (finely crushed)
225g Maltesers

Melt butter, chocolate and syrup, stir in crushed digestives followed by maltesers. Press into tin (approx 8" x 10") .

Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired!!!!!!!!

Chill for a few hours before cutting into portions. I find ghis is much nicer if stored in fridge once portioned.
